Her cycle, her power : Menstrual health matters

At Ghome Secondary School with Flo Pads, we brought together dozens of girls for an inspiring menstrual hygiene event that turned knowledge into confidence. Through fun, hands-on demonstrations, the girls learned how to use and care for reusable pads, breaking myths and replacing fear with empowerment. Each student left with her own reusable kit, practical skills, and the courage to manage her period with dignity. A small session a big step toward keeping girls confident, healthy, and in school.
